Invitation to Attend the First Angling Trust South East Forum The Angling Trust would like to take this opportunity to invite you to the inaugural meeting of the South East Forum will take place on October 3rd at Rowfant House near Crawley. The meeting will open with our AGM at 6.30pm followed by the Forum itself which will start at 7.00pm
This Angling Trust Forum will provide an opportunity for fishing clubs, associations, individual anglers and all who care about angling a chance to feedback their views to both the Angling Trust and the Environment Agency on a range of important subjects. This is your opportunity to influence the decisions, strategies and help identify common issues that impact angling across the region. The Forum will mainly concentrate on issues effecting Hampshire, Sussex and Kent. Our Thames Forum will continue to run for clubs and anglers within the Thames Catchment.
The inaugural meeting of the Angling Trust South East Forum will be themed:
“Protecting our Waters: Combatting Illegal Fishing”
Speakers at the meeting will include:
• Mike Heylin (Chairman of Angling Trust) - the Volunteer Bailiff Scheme Pilot
• Radoslaw Papiewski (Angling Trust) - The Building Bridges initiative
• Mark Lloyd (Chief Executive of Angling Trust) – Angling Trust Update
• Adrian Saunders (Environment Agency) – Enforcement in the South East

Heading North on the M23, exit at junction 10 signposted East Grinstead. Follow the A264 and at the third roundabout take the 3rd exit to Turners Hill, B2028. Follow this through to Crawley Down, after 5 miles turn right into Wallage Lane, sign posted Rowfant. Follow down the lane for approx. 0.75 miles, under the railway bridge, and Rowfant House entrance is on the right.
Heading South on the M23, exit at junction 10A, B2036. At the next roundabout take the 4th exit, B2036. At the next roundabout take the 2nd exit, Turners Hill Road. After approx. 1.5 miles turn left onto Wallage Lane, signposted Rowfant. After about half a mile Rowfant House entrance is on the left.
