The Walton on Thames region of the Pike Anglers Club of Great Britain are proud to present an evening with Derrick Amies, famous Broadland angler, previous holder of the record rod caught pike and author of Pike Fishing on the Norfolk Broads.

At 8pm on Thursday 10th November 2011 at The Bagster House Club, Walton Lane, Shepperton, Middlesex, TW18 8NR.

PAC members £3. Non Members £4. Under 16 free.

For anyone who's not been to a PAC meet, they're a very welcoming set of lads.....with a few TAC members amongst them if that helps.

Hope it went well guys, i was at the Friends of the river Crane AGM for the TAC, thought maybe could get own after but was quite long. Next time hopefully.

Did go last night ,shame the turn out was not better , but i thought he gave a entertaing talk , you could cut that accent with a knife !!!!
he must be one of the last links between the old norfolk pike anglers and the new generation - some of those fish were stunning - must admit not quite sure about vincents way of returning fish ! Razz things have changed . got home last night and dug out loads of my dumbell floats - from when i was a very keen pike angler .
